As President of The Growth Company, Inc., a management consulting and personnel training firm, Lynne Curry, Ph.D. has more than 25 years experience in training, consulting and managing.

Dr. Curry has provided over 30,000 training and consulting sessions to board members, managers, supervisors and employees of more than 3,000 organizations in Alaska, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Mexico, Florida, New York, Japan, China, Korea, Arizona, Connecticut, California, Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to founding The Growth Company Inc., Dr. Curry was Project Director for the Alaska Center for Staff Development (Anchorage) and created a statewide training system for counselors and managers in alcohol and drug abuse centers throughout Alaska. Prior to this, Dr. Curry was Executive Director for Kuyana House, Inc. a community-based counseling center.
