Through HR On-call, you and your organization can get the human resource and personnel management services you need when you need them.

Here's how it works:  

Call us when you want to start. You can then use our staff to:

  • Mediate employee/employee and employee/manager conflicts

  • Recruit, hire, orient, fire, document and appraise employees

  • Develop and update Affirmative Action Plan, conduct yearly AAP audit, EEO-1 reporting

  • Rewrite your personnel policies and employee handbooks

  • Develop mid and long-term plans for achieving HR goals

  • Employee Benefits: serve as a point-of-contact for employees

  • Develop mid and long-term plans for achieving HR goals 

  • Conduct workplace investigations or

  • Provide team-building, supervisory, conflict resolution and other training and consulting to prevent or reduce employee problems
