        TGC has successfully mediated more than 500 sessions for family-owned
        businesses, community groups, retailers, boards of directors, law firms, state agencies,
         managers and employees. 
 
        TGC’s mediation style is best described as professional, objective and impartial.  Types of
        organizations contracting with The Growth Company, Inc. for our mediation
        expertise include: Alaska's largest law firms; universities; medical organizations,
         hospitals and associations; private and public sector organizations; and, professional
         associations and organizations. 
 
        TGC trains mediators for the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, the Alaska Association of
        REALTORS® and the Anchorage Board of Realtors.
