Partnering gives two or more organizations or departments the chance to meet in a facilitated session and resolve issues hampering both group’s success.

TGC has conducted partnering sessions for the U.S. Army, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Alaska State Medical Association and a variety of engineering and construction companies.  We’ve conducted partnering sessions for departments and groups within the Veteran’s Administration and a variety of Alaska Native and private sector firms.

Our process is simple.  We ask each group to outline their concerns in separate settings (meetings and/or via telephone interviews) and then bring all parties together in a meeting with clear cut rules of engagement to guide the discussion from problems to agreed-to solutions.
