HR On-call
Which describes your situation?

Through HR On-call, you and your organization can get the human resource and personnel management services you need when you need them.
Here's how it works:
Call us when you want to start. You can then use our staff to:
- Mediate employee/employee and employee/manager conflicts
- Hire, fire, document and appraise employees
- Rewrite your personnel policies and employee handbooks
- Conduct workplace investigations or
- Provide team-building, supervisory, conflict resolution and other training and consulting to prevent or reduce employee problems
In addition to our full-time employee team, our HR On-call Division uses the services of two attorneys.
Management Coaching and Strategy
We work with three types of managers:
- Those who have worked in management for 5 to 25 years and know a lot, including that they dont know everything they need to know to handle some of the hardest challenges coming their way
- Those new to management who need a solid foundation in management training
- Those with a clearly defined management training need
We also conduct managerial assessments on new and/or senior managers sent us by organizations. We meet with these managers and/or managerial candidates to conduct an in-depth managerial assessment that outlines the individual's strengths and a game plan for professional development.
